When I started this newsletter a year ago I had no idea the impact it would have. In this season of joy and reflection, I want to take a moment to thank you…whether we’ve worked together for years or we haven’t yet met, I want to let you know that I appreciate you in the packaging community! It’s in that spirit that I share with you an exciting announcement.
In 1996 when I founded PTR, I delved into the opportunities for the Future of Food Packaging in workgroups and by evaluating and assessing alignment of technologies critical to the future of food packaging.
Now, the Future of Food Packaging is more important to consider than ever. Why? As a packaging professional it’s essential to maintain your skills and keep up-to-date on more abundant fast-developing critical packaging technologies. As a company, a plethora of future packaging technologies can be used to alter and shape the competitive landscape, or they can place you behind a more-informed competitor.
While many firms provide broad market scans, they lack the technical depth and provide little actionable benefit. I provide external expertise to wade through the information to critically assess technologies and provide actionable direction. This is critical to keep up to date, be competitive, and needed to communicate the potential of packaging to internal stakeholders.
Starting in January, I will be helping you keep current and help you chart the Future of Food Packaging within your company. Future of Food Packaging Technical Evaluations in specific areas* are available include:
“The Future of Food Packaging” – A Technical Evaluation containing the science-based rationale of why each technology is effective and how its efficacy compares to other technologies in the field.
“MY Future Food Packaging” - A deep-dive Technical Evaluation on technologies can align to reshape, revitalize, or threaten your specific brands.
Starting at $3000, both are updated quarterly for one year based on significant technology changes and their resulting implications. Delivery is in audio zoom PPTs, reports, tangible spreadsheets. This critical component will keep you updated to the fast pace of technology changes and helps you communicate these changes with internal stakeholders. Please reach out if you have interest >
