As technology evolves, it is important to identify and then learn about current and emerging technologies. Packaging Technology & Research offers coaching in two formats: one-on-one coaching or team coaching and workshops.

​WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH PTR

  • In-confidence one-on-one focused training to get top-level business leaders and marketing managers up-to-speed rapidly on food science or packaging to ease communication with technology functions and assist in guiding strategic technology.
  • Assessment of current skills of an individual or team and tailored training to fill in the gaps to allow team to work in a new area.
  • Technical training on a specific food area to allow rapid technology alignment for packaging suppliers.
  • Identification of monthly or quarterly lunch hour training sessions needed to keep packaging or food science skills up-to-date and allow transfer of existing knowledge within organizations.
